Shipping Locations

- GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain
- International: We ship worldwide. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the destination
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Kuwait: Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. Shipping fees are KD 3 for most areas. However, for remote locations, a shipping fee of KD 4.5 applies. These locations include:
- Al Zour
- Wafra
- Subah Al Ahmad Residential
- Al Khairan
- Al Abdali
- Kabd
- Ali Sabah Al Salem (Um Al Hayaman)
- Nuwaisib
- GCC Countries: Shipping times range from 3-7 business days. A minimum shipping fee of KD 6.5 applies, with additional fees for certain remote locations. Delivery times and fees may vary based on the destination.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
INTERNATIONAL Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
